The Solution

  • Managed Deliveries: Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, servers, and networking components. Ballicom had an internal delivery tracking dashboard to update the client on any updates or delays. 
  • Account Management: Assigning a dedicated account manager to oversee the project, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution of any issues. This included quarterly meetings to review service levels, end-of-life (EOL) products, and general catchups. Day-to-day contact was maintained via email and telephone for general queries and quotes. Ballicom stayed aware of Chester University’s SKUs and proactively informed them of any upcoming manufacturer issues or delays, along with the most suitable replacements or alternatives. 
  • Ongoing Support: Ballicom registered the warranties for Chester University once the goods were delivered. They also offered out-of-warranty repairs and accidental damage repairs at a cost.
