A Care Pack can be bought at any time up to six months from purchase for new products. The Care Pack includes a warranty extension from the end of the manufacturers warranty and includes a Hot Swap loan unit for the entire period of the cover. Hot swap cover does not apply for the first 30 days from point of purchase of the care pack.
Goods are dispatched by post or by overnight courier or Royal Mail and should be delivered within one or two working days of dispatch. Ballicom Limited accepts no responsibility where the Courier or Postal Service is at fault for delayed delivery once the goods have been dispatched. We currently sell just under 100,000 products and Available Stock may be stored at more than one warehouse If Collecting please check first as we may need to arrange shipment of the item to the Trade Counter first.
