IT admins can easily enable Virtual Front Desk mode and configure contact information to route video calls directly to multiple assigned employees serving as virtual receptionists. When using hot desks or shared workspaces, keeping data secure and private across multiple employees is critical. Employees can securely login with facial recognition or scan a QR code with their smartphones for authenticated login. A webcam privacy shutter, mic-mute option, and meeting status light all help to ensure users are only sharing when they want to during meetings. But the best part? When sessions are over, ThinkSmart View Plus logs out employees and returns to the secure home screen.
