Space-efficient Way to Rack-mount Tape Drives and RDX Backup Systems
HPE StoreEver Rack-mount Kit is ideal for customers who have limited space in their rack as it allows for a smaller footprint leaving valuable space for other key components in the data center. The 1U HPE StoreEver Rack-mount Kit allows users to mix a variety of technologies, including LTO Ultrium, as well as RDX removable disk technology by selecting the appropriate cabling. The enclosures support standard internal LTO tape drives and HPE RDX Removable Disk Backup Systems, allowing for drive upgrades when you need additional capacity or want to migrate to a new generation of LTO tape drives or RDX removable disk technology. Provides up to 60 TB of storage capacity (assuming 2.5:1 compression) using two LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 drives or up to 8 TB of storage capacity using two RDX 4 TB removable hard disk drives. Data transfer rates up to 600 MB/sec (native) using two LTO-8 Ultrium 30750 drives or up to 360 GB/hour using two RDX removable hard disk drives.Generic rack-mount kit supporting SAS and USB Interfaces for your environment
