Ergonomic tips

<ol> <li>Keep a distance of about 50 to 80 cm between your eyes and the screen, which is about an arm's length. The exact distance depends on the size and resolution of your screen. So make sure you position the screen at the right distance for a pleasant viewing experience without strain. (Source: VGB DGUV Information 215-410, 2019, S. 93.).</li> <li>Make sure the viewing angle from your eyes to the centre of the screen is between -10&deg; and -35&deg;. This is the viewing angle relative to horizontal, where you look straight ahead at 0&deg;. &nbsp;This way, you work in a relaxed, natural posture.</li> </ol> &nbsp;
