Purchase and Cancellation

Purchase: HPE Multiyear Learning Credits are valid for 24, 36, 48, or 60 months depending on your purchase. Unit pricing varies based on local currency. There is a minimum order quantity of 50 units per year. Cancellation: HPE Multiyear Learning Credits are nonrefundable.

Redemption and eligible training services

HPE Multiyear Learning Credits can be used for any training course or service provided through HPE Services, including HPE Right Start Knowledge Bundles1 and HPE Digital Learner2 subscriptions. Eligible courses and other education solutions can be found at hpe.com/ww/learn. You may only redeem your credits for eligible courses delivered in the same country as your purchase. HPE Multiyear Learning Credits are aligned with specific technologies, but can also be used for any other training course or other service provided through HPE Services. They can also be redeemed for HPE Right Start Knowledge Bundles1 and HPE Digital Learner2 subscriptions. Eligible courses and other education solutions can be found at hpe.com/ww/learn. You may only redeem your credits for eligible courses delivered in the same country as your purchase. HPE Multiyear Learning Credits cannot be used for industry events or training services provided by other HPE organizations.

Duration and end of term for multiyear options

HPE Multiyear Learning Credits are valid for a period of 24, 36, 48, or 60 months (from the date of purchase) based on the option/SKU purchased. Once purchased, Hewlett Packard Enterprise provides information regarding the start and end date of your redemption period. When redeeming learning credits, all training must be scheduled prior to the expiration of the applicable redemption period . At expiration, unused funds are forfeited and extension beyond the expiration date is not permitted. Customers can monitor their learning credits account balance online. Additional credits can be purchased throughout the redemption period.

Course registration and Student Administration

Course registration and availability are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Standard HPE terms and conditions apply to course cancellations, student withdrawals, and on-site or dedicated delivery cancellations and changes. Customers are responsible for ensuring all registrations and orders are correctly identified to HPE and only authorized people within the organization use the agreement.
