Counter-balancing spring
Vision has swapped out the usual expensive gas struts that tension the desk arm for a spring mechanism. Not only is this much cheaper, it automatically counter-balances the load within a range of 2-7kg (4.4-15.5 lbs.).

Every user is able to position monitor easily positioned to suit using the almost endless tilt, rotation, swivel and height adjustment provided.
Load adjustment
For lightweight loads like tablets, the bolts on the sides of the arm can be tightened down to stop the arm rising.
