Part of maintaining your system is ensuring the unit is operating with the most recent firmware version. Firmware upgrades are provided at no extra charge. All Preventive Maintenance contracts include free firmware upgrades.
APC project managers will provide you with written reports to keep you informed of the progress of your project.
Assurance that the system will be diagnosed quickly and repaired to the manufacturer's specifications by highly trained CPCS authorized personnel.
Goods are dispatched by post or by overnight courier or Royal Mail and should be delivered within one or two working days of dispatch. Ballicom Limited accepts no responsibility where the Courier or Postal Service is at fault for delayed delivery once the goods have been dispatched.
